In a week when the city is expected to go to court to oust the occupants from Burnside Park, Rhode Islanders from all walks of live are supporting the movement by bringing donations every day for the OP occupants and the homeless.
Tuxedo, the blind dog from Utah has beccome the mascot of the movement. A Rhode Island family adopted Tuxedo in Utah.
Mary Jane and Sally yesterday donated some 365 hand knitted wool caps. It is a labor of love and a year of work to knitt these wool caps. God bless these women.
RISD students have done an art installation by General Burnside's statue that some day will be in the Smithsonian or the RISD museum when the history of this movement gets written.
