This is a form of music from Haiti called "rara." Some of the best rara bands are from Leogane. The music is mainly instrumental, consisting of drums, homemade horns, and "bambou."

  • @H4generation So prior to the Jewish-Roman war what people lived in Africa? When was this war? I know there is a specific group(the name escapes me I want2 say they're in SOuthAfrica) with cultural and genetic links to Israel-but Are you saying that all Africans are Israelites? across the entire continent?

  • Heavy.

  • This is Ghana style music. Like The Ashanit/Ewe etc.

  • This is one of the basic facts that the Haitians,so called Black Americans,Jamaicans are the real Israelites according to the bible. And they were scattered throught Africa after the Jewish-Roman War. Rara is a ritual celebration of passover. Passover is supposed to be held for seven days, Rara is held for seven days. During the Rara week, they eat a small goat just like the passover land.

  • i'd b in the house doin my homework, and rara start going down the street and everyone steps out and join! good times, man.
