I just rewatched it. I agree with your points, and think in some ways I have been overly conditioned by dumbed down, emotionally driven slash and burn kinds of responses.

Expected a bit more? He refers the questioner onto his full critique in his book. He should've condensed his whole argument into a ninety-second super critique that wasn't "fatuous and superficial", surely that's possible. Or maybe the total sum of his argument really consists of a single anecdote and the broad conclusions to be taken from it. That's the one, defo.

I am very sympathetic with Cockburn, but this is a rather fatuous and superficial critique of Reagen that someone as limited as Hannity would be able to rebuf. I expected a bit more.
