This is my interpretation of The Mexican Hat Dance melody played on bass, with a rock backing track. Bass I used in this video: Schecter Stiletto Custom 6 with Nordstrand Big Singles 6 Pickups. Enjoy!

p.s. As I learnt this melody by ear, I don't have any tabs. Sorry.

  • @AttitudeCastle Ah okay thanks for the info! For me it was just a guess eather!

  • @Basstard22 This bass is not tuned to F# to G AFAIK, this is almost certaintly standard tuning

  • @MISANTHROPY647 Well, F# is a bit too much though.. It's more a string you feel through the amp, then hear it..

  • @Basstard22 That's a 6 string bass for you. lol

Strangely enough, hardly any rock/metal bassists play them.

  • @MISANTHROPY647 F# Sharp tuning? Damn, that's lower then low!

  • @deandimedof It's F# B E A D G

  • @sixsrtung Well im not the guy but its a six string bass so im gonna assume it BEADGC

  • Fucking subscribed.....

  • that was fucking brutal

  • Great muchacho!
