Why is the sound of your videos always that bad?

It is gargeling in this video, going high volume and low in others, sometimes sound is scratchy or otherwise distorted.

I wonder why this has to be this way even if todays technology shows many ways to have good sound in videos.

Those breakouts are killer,nice job,epic price. Screw paying out the nose!

Some with non-hand-solderable layouts might be good,for people with reflow ovens. :)
