  • messy as

  • I dare someone to mention the rib bones again? Like he doesnt know they are in there.. Try catching some fish all you experts instead of trolling for losers like yourself.

  • cut in between the the two fins and it leaves the fin on and under that fin is a pocket to stick your thumb under and you can skin it without using the knife and its done in seconds.

  • Finish the job, still got rib and pin bones

  • hahah lol still rib bones

  • Two nice fillets ready for the table? Just be careful of the rib bones! Haha

  • thats terrible filleting should film me filleting ill show you how it's done properly skinless and boneless on all fish marlin to garfish

  • too easy mate

  • No wanting to be too critical but if the fillet was "butterflied" a bit before skinning the skin in the belly wouldn't have been left behind. The rib bones would also still be in this fillet.

  • @Omgimwatchingyourvid I find that all the guts of a flathead are in the head. If you cut into it too close to the head before you run along the backbone then BAM there's its guts! trust me im a professional at screwing this fillet up ;)
