just heard dick hoagland on some interview last night saying elenin will be a good thing,and basically not to worry....well i sure would like to believe him...y'know who i'm talking about? well it was there last night,and now i can't find it-i hate when that happens.....but as a nasa 'insider' and so forth doesn't give him much credibility with me...still,he knows a lot,probly much more than we suspect..

You have to have a permit to cook and sell or give away food in public. That is to protect the public from people that maybe selling or giving away dangerous food. If they refuse to stop giving it out without first getting a permit, the police have no choice but to arrest them. The police probably didn't feel good about it, but they have to do that to protect the public.
