  • I agree with yacrafter, the meat looks tough. You can even hear it when he's biting into it. Im sure the flavor is fine but should have smoked the brisket for a Lot longer. Still a nice video though.

  • @gerald2003r Theres a Hot box on this cooker thats where the heats coming from. The juice didnt do anything to the heat. Nothing wrong with not knowing MrYankeeNorthern. Im also sure the meat was done well enough.
