Sorry, I will promise next video will be collaboration video! I've been editing recently but I realized the video was getting too long. So I decided to upload this tamagoyaki video which was supposed to be a part of the next collab video . I'll do tamagoyaki tasting time in the next video, too.

Ingredients (serving 2 - 3 )
: 3 egg
: 1 tbsp ~ sugar (add more if you like )
: 1 tsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp dashi stock
: a little salt

  • I've been really wanting to make this but I was sure I would mess it up completly but it was actually not that hard and it tastes so good!! I ate the whole thing by myself in one sitting and I'm really small and normally a very light eater. Thats how good it was!

Is it too personal if I ask what your real profession is? And also, have you ever been to America?   • @MochiRabi: Wow, that sounds like a good idea. Adding some kind of starch (e.g. flour or cornstarch) to beaten egg is how they usually make French crepes or Chinese spring roll wrappings -- you end up with a sheet that you can play around with like fine tissue paper. But in the case of tamagoyaki...maybe just a bit of cornstarch is needed? That way it'll still feel like eating scrambled eggs (instead of pancakes).
