Hi Runny! Your #1 fan here thanking you for all your winning recipes. You always say you dont do such a good job, but they ALWAYS turn out gorgeous! Even your camera work is so professional. Is it too personal if I ask what your real profession is? And also, have you ever been to America? If not, please do, you would be the biggest hit here............and lastly, your eyes are so beautiful :)

@MochiRabi: Wow, that sounds like a good idea. Adding some kind of starch (e.g. flour or cornstarch) to beaten egg is how they usually make French crepes or Chinese spring roll wrappings -- you end up with a sheet that you can play around with like fine tissue paper. But in the case of tamagoyaki...maybe just a bit of cornstarch is needed? That way it'll still feel like eating scrambled eggs (instead of pancakes).

I've been really wanting to make this but I was sure I would mess it up completly but it was actually not that hard and it tastes so good!! I ate the whole thing by myself in one sitting and I'm really small and normally a very light eater. Thats how good it was!
