MAY DAY USA A DAY TO HONOR ALL WORKERS

Philadelphia- On Friday, May 1 from noon to 2PM, a celebration in honor of

the historic struggle by workers across America for the 8 hour day will take

place in Elmwood Park, Southwest Philadelphia (South 71st Street and Buist

Avenue.)

The Pennsylvania Labor History Society (PLHS) and the Philadelphia Area

Project on Occupational Safety and Health (PHILAPOSH) are sponsoring

the event which has the support of over 30 organizations.
