  • putting my hands behind my head doesnt work, i like to put my hand behind my neck and push slightly upwards to support my neck, otherwise it begins to ache

  • This guy does horrible situps. You need something on your feet for leverage and pputting hands behind your head can cause neck problems

  • lol he doesn't keep his feet on the floor

  • We are meant to do at least a 100 sit ups a day

  • I would prefer to pin my feet under the settee to do the sit ups. I find it difficult doing these with my hands behind my head. What does everybody else think?

  • how many should i do?

  • crap!!! placing your hands behind your neck for sit-up, you'll strain your neck, an legs should always be placed together

  • For an AMAZING strength and condition video type in "MIKE SAFFAIE" in the search bar. Thanks
