MrPaulsblog: Actually the song is called "We Sing Praises" and it was originally recorded by the Shekinah Choir in 1993. The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir did a cover on their 2001 album "Be Glad."
wow this is weak. MORE ENERGY!!!!!!! this is supposed to be an exciting song but it just sounds like you have never experienced what excitement is. Even if you are told to stand there and step back and forth you can at least make it more believable that you want to be there. My College choir is doing this piece with a Steel Drum Band tomorrow. It's an awesome piece. other than it having the lack of energy at the beginning it's a very well done song.
um this is not a sad song...you should be singing vibrantly and with lots of energy! brighten it up a bit and have fun...yall sound like ur singing just because you have to
YAY Armitage Youth Choir! I remember this song well, such emotion. I was a member of this church for six years and only left due to moving out of Chicago. Should I ever move back, the first place I will be is Armitage ...
I know where he lives too. I was his office manager for two years. I have been in his house many times. I have lived in the community for 30 years. His house might be worth more than my stated amount. I guess I need to get a church and raise the budget every year and every time I have a kid. Two cars you say. He used to tell me it was great that the church is near their home so they only needed one car. My how times change when money changes hands.
Pastor Lyons has five (5) children of which only two live at home because they are underage and unmarried. So he is bad guy for supporting his children? I know where Pastor Lyons lives and believe me its not in a $500,000 home They have two humble vehicles for they family two share. I guess he and his family are really living it up!?

I truly enjoyed The Armitage Baptist Churchs' rendition of:
He Reigns Forevermore by the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir!!!
Well done! The Men really sang out! What a true Spirit-filled group as well as Church.
