We need to plan a protest in front of BCTV and other major news stations.. They drive us to fight and people like you and me do not give up !! WorkSafe B.C changes there polices around seriously injured workers..

I fell through a crack also, the crack is called WORKERS COMPENSATION; Denied Doctors recommendations for expedited medical diagnostic tests; Denied operation that specialist stated was needed due to work injury; Denied medical care for spinal injuries, and returned to work as a semi=truck driver on morphine and oxycontin;

How fucking safe is that, CANADA;

There are no cracks that Injured Workers Fall through ... WCB denies claims - simple as that. If you are truly injured - YOU WILL NOT get WCB Benefits. It costs them money- it is a business. A business is to make money. Injured Worker's would make them go broke.

The workers compensation historical agreement is a license to injure and abuse already injured workers;

My claim file is PROOF that workers compensation has twisted the historical agreement for their benefit, which is to deny injured workers, medical tests, operations, retraining;

I was feeling hopeless with my fight with WSIB , until I came across this Vid ..I am praying what you both have planned will open eyes of the world to the mental abuse ..Wsib here in Ontario contacted my doctor and told him I was posting suicidal notes online..I have no idea why they'd say that??..it just goes to show how they try and make you feel like you are crazy??..I have a broken L5..and disc gone..they say they can't fix..it's an injury for life. :(

Good video . Might I suggest that if you protest ..you do it in front of the Department of Labour ..they own the WCB Legislation and they are the guardian of the WCB or worksafebc ..the Department of Labour can bring this to an end ..they have the POWER.

Fifteen years ago I got up ,packed a few things and with nowhere to go I left my wife and children. When youre in often times excruciating pain and broke(wcb wont talk to me)it occured to me that my family would stand a better chance without garbage like me.(her family et al agreed my ex is now married and doing well This was my only option but i dont condone it for everyone. Whatever works.I see my children when i am able to (money is scarce health is poor)death is preferable compcamp76
