The thing is there is not much difference between 19 and 15. It's not like 15 and 30. The law is applied in such a haphazard way. Take Jamie Spears as an example. Why isn't the father of her child in jail? How about Bristol Palin? Money talks, unless you're somebody like Marcus Dixon. This is what's wrong about our society. Do the same thing but in a difference state and you go to jail. Some y/o are just aspredatory as a 40 y/o. You can't just base innocence on age.
