  • Thank you... i thought i knew what it was, but now i actually understands the concept, and that makes it more easy to remember. Never thought about that the letters RMS actually is a reference to the formula.

  • Thanks so much for explaining why the heck EEs use RMS. All the textbooks I've used explain that concept in a vacuum w/o telling us why.
