Why'd you do this and not a face lift? Especially since you were concerned not about sun damage or wrinkles but about an overall getting-old look?

It was a calendula hydrosol that I got at mountain rose herb online

Thanks for the video diary. I'm planning on having this done a week from today and have been very concerned about pain and recovery which you addressed. You skin seems much smoother in texture from the beginning.
How to you feel about it now....since it's been over a year since you had it?

Great video diary - well done! I just had Deep Fx done and I am on day 3. Hanging in there. You can tell a difference in the before and after. Definitely more youthful - thank you for sharing this was very helpful to me personally.

Now, almost five months later, how are your results? I'm considering having the active FX done for mild acne scars and a little sagging. I'm grateful for people like you giving your personal experience with this, rather than just commercial promotion videos from the laser companies and doctors' offices. Thank you for any input.

@meezy64 . Great. I do have some slight hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, but I was in Mexico for two weeks about 5 weeks after I had the procedure, which probably did it. I also have quite olive skin. Aside from that, I had botox in my forehead and filler under my eyes. I think I look about 36 and will be 46 tomorrow. Skin texture and tone is way better, less balck heads, much tighter skin. I really have no deep wrinkles,crows feet at all.

I am fine. I do have a bit of hyperpigmenation on my cheeks because I was out in the sun (cancun,caribbean) this winter. I used 70 spf but it doesn't seem to matter. Still pleased with the result. It really seemed to take the looking old and saggy thing out of my face. I may do this again next year. Because my skin is dark they can't use as high a setting.
