Its really quite obviously auto tuned, About as obvious as it gets . But used well creatively not poorly correctively.

If he was using a mic live, there is an effect you can feed through it to autotune. I'm sure this was autotuned.

it's quite obvious here. i think it works, stylistically speaking. (as a vocal effect, as opposed to as a tool to "correct" ben's already stellar voice)
