Loose Weight with a 25 second a day exercise.

For a slim shape and a curvaceous body:

(A) State out loud the perfect weight that you
would love to be.
(B) Listen to the 25 second entrainment video
before going to sleep.
(C) Upon awakening, listen to the 25 second
entrainment video.
(D) State out loud "I feel the perfect weight"

Repeat the above for 30ndays.
