The Difference Between the 4 Math`habs

There is no difference between the 4 schools of thought regarding creed/aqeedah. The creed of Ahlu Sunnah is one and will always be one and the Scholars have testified this in their works time and time again.

Imam al-Qarafiyy, Imam as-Subkiyy, al-Hafidh al-^Iraqiyy, Muhammad Zahid al-Kawthariyy, Ibn Hajar al-Haytamiyy in Minhaj al-Qaweem and Mullah Ali al-Qari al-Hanafiyy in Sharh al-Mishqaat and others stated that Abu Hanifah, Malik, Ahmad, Shafi`iyy, al-Ashari and al-Baqilaniyy all made takfeer to the one who attributed to Allah a direction (place) or a bodily characteristic

This is the true belief of the all Muslims Salaf and Khalaf. They all believed that Allah exists without a place.

and they all cleared Allah from having a how (form, shape, size and volume).

Unlike the wahhabis who think they follow the Salaf and they say Allah has a form and shape but how is He we dont know. They apply a how to Allah and try to cover it by saying we dont know or ask or think about it. This is still tashbeeh.

Abu ishaaq al-Asfarayiniyy in his book at-Tabsir fid-Deen, Abu Nu`aym al-Asbahaniyy in his book Hilyat al-Awliyaa and others narrated that Imam Ali said Allah created what is described with a how. So the word HOW does not apply to Allah

This is Imam Ali, who the Prophet said is the most knowledgeable person from this nation about Allah, clearing Allah from having a how (ie shape, size, hands, face, legs ect).

On the other hand wahhabis who oppose this great Companion say no He has a hand but How is it we dont know, so they clearly apply a how to Allah and this is kuffar.

In his book, al-Mu`taqad, Imam al­Bayhaqiyy related in a chain back to Imam al­-Awza`iyy, Imam Malik, Sufyan ath-Thawriyy and al­-Layth Ibn Sa`d that when they were asked about the Ayat and the Hadith that are mutashabihat, they said:

"Accept them as they came without applying a HOW to them."

This is because if one asked the question 'how?' the answer would be, 'Like this or that.' Everything other than Allah is His creation so to say 'like this or that' would mean 'like this or that created thing' and Allah is not like His creation.

So Imam al­-Awza`iyy, Imam Malik, Sufyan ath-Thawriyy and al­-Layth Ibn Sa`d all cleared Allah from having a HOW. Dont be fooled by the Salafi claimers, they are far from the true belief of the Great Scholars of the Salaf.

your translation is very bad because you insist on taking it literally. SURELY you dont take Ayah 7 of Surat al-Anaam literally do you? Allah said "قُل لِّلَّهِ ۚ كَتَبَ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ الرَّحْمَةَ " if you take it literally then you it would mean Allah physcially wrote on Himself the word 'MERCY'.

These are called ayat Mutashabihat as Allah mention in Surat al-Imraan.

Do youself a favour and find someone who has true Islamic knowledge to learn from.
