  • @AsianPersuasionDude If you do not have any editing software the format will be .MTS and you will have to upload it directly to YouTube as is. It will take some time depending on the length of the video. It will first show in SD until the process is completed on YouTube ... HD takes a bit longer to appear. If you upload the video without any editing in .MTS format it should be in 1080p & 720p.

  • @alterdkyle yeah i got the camera now!!!

    thank you though

  • @Kminatz 240 (only for 3 seconds though)

  • whenever you uploaded these videos to youtube, how did you get the option to put it in 1080p and 720p?

  • i gots 2 questions plz

    1. how did you upload videos from the hdr xr500v to your computer? i have the hdmi cord. whenever i connected the cord to both my camcorder and my laptop, it will only upload pictures. not videos for some reason.

    2. also, how do you make your videos to 1080p and post it on youtube as 1080p?

i know how to put it on 1080p on the camcorder. just how to upload it on 1080p to youtube is what i dont know how to do.
