I really like your wife's attitude. It was a pleasant ride to be in. She's really a good driver, quick learner and she's got skills! I wish mine would do that!

@marvicbiz ha, i just commented for that guy. do u have the same type of licences as in uk? i know that people who have uk licences can drive in europe and europeans can drive in england. Did she have a HGV learners licence?

1. why do the revs need to go so high before the engine knows you want to move forward?
2. (sorry but) fucking hell 16 gears i've been in a truck before but i've never noticed it had 16 gears

@SuperGuitarMate the revs dont need to go so high I think it was just because she was not use to it and had not let the clutch out enough

@mitsub10 a newbie to trucking, Victoria was certainly getting used to the clutch and gears. If you mean the first pull-off, the truck had been parked in a deepish rut.

@SuperGuitarMate we never got to use all 16 gears ... especially in Holland where everything is so flat. It's more intended for heavy loads through the Alps, or other mountain ranges ;-)
