Sims 3 Tips and Tricks - Houses

Here are three different tricks that you can do on your version of The Sims 3. You can build really cheap house designs or a few houses with basements and garages on foundations. how do you make it flat so that you can put the walls in the begining of the stairs?

@yessypretty you use the cheat 'constrainfloorelevation false' and then drag the leveling tool from the house foundation floor, on top of the walls created 8D
