A protester was allegedly thrown to the ground in the middle of Zuccotti park as a mass of riot gear police seemingly randomly swarmed into the park. This man was dragged bleeding from his head out of the park.

We are in Iraq or Bahrain?

@fusionaddict The job of the police is to enforce the law, and arrest law breakers. Police are not tasked with doling out physical punishment in the U.S. That's illegal, actually.

No, there are several accounts of violence by anarchists and those who are trying to destroy this movement. Anyone who is violent or destructive in these protests does not understand what this movement is about.
