I loved this ride!!! I guess I must have ridden it one of the last years it was around...who knew! lol

@rfgstl I AGREE. And it wasn't painful like some of the coasters the park has these days *cough Boomerang, Timberwolf cough*.

@pwieand Those really were the best coasters, the no belts etc in ZZ and OE always being shut down during the least hint of a thunderstorm really made them that much more exciting, I will miss them.

I'm glad they took this out I LOVE the boomerang but it's old now and it's jumping the track somehow now but yet... I still ride it over and over and over again

i hated knowing they took this ride out. something about this and orient express i loved. maybe it was the fact that both rides were taking you through trees and didn't know what would be next. this was my first coaster i went on and orient was my first upside down one. love them both!

@GwaziCoasterFan > Cedar Fair(who owns Worlds of Fun)actually could afford to maintain this coaster, they just chose not to. And, to replace the Zinger with Boomerang was an absolute tragedy. Cedar Fair chose such a generic coaster to take the place of a classic.

This wasn't the biggest or scariest coaster at WOF, but damn, it was such a fun ride!
