Thank you! I suffer from Anxiety and I don't want to rely just on medication for relief. I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm also going through the "change" so do you have positions that are good for hot flashes? LOL

Of course, each person's situation is different and some require medication short term or long term.
A yoga practice helps the glands within the body function better. For example, when an inversion is done, more oxygenated blood flows to the pituitary gland and pineal gland. The deep breathing and inversion ignites the parasympathetic system...the one that kicks in when all is well...and turns off the sympathetic system...the fight or flight mode. Yoga has a collective impact over time.
