Still the same stupid and ABSOLUTELY WRONG comments! I'm not particularly fond of "lavish kings", but I stick to historicity! Ludwig II DIDN'T bankrupt Bavaria! Not one single tax-money was spent on his castles! It was his own and his family's money he spent! And the government still ha to approve, wheather he wa allowed or not to "waste" his own money! And Bismarck always said: "it'll pay off in a few years"! And it did
Ludwig II bankrupted himself!
