Here's around 4 minutes of jam time with this Free Backing Track. You could jam over the whole track in E Minor Pentatonic and E Aeolian Mode (G major scale) just fine. If you look at the F9 as a tri-tone substitution of a B7 you can think of it as using B phrygian (G major scale) over a B7altered chord, which is basically what the F9 is in this context. But you might want be careful of the note E when playing over the F9 if your not used to it...Charlie Parker played Major 7th's over dominant 7th chords but it can be tricky. Of course you can use all of the usual scale suspects if your more advanced and can "Play Through The Changes". Have fun!
