I can't hurt. Strength for you will always be a bonus. Now, need to convert that strength/power into muscular endurance at a little lighter weight. Maybe shoot for 5 lbs down, plus 1-2 sessions per week focused on ME, and tension drills. Refer to climbing epic, TRAINER #12, and TRAINER #11 for best techniques and workouts in Cyclo-CLUB or on DVD. You'll get past that barrier. Just think lighter;)
