But whoever wrote that she gave up....think about it...it is not giving up....it would have been a giving up if she had simply walked away at the second fall....she got back on the beam!!She was persistent enough!Others may have already fled....

I would have done the same thing....I would not have given a flying f... about the fall....I would not care about getting back on the beam....Just imagine...she trains extremely hard,for long hours.....and then,she falls there...why should she care at all....I would not do it any differently....it must have pissed her off....there is a certain point when you just do not care anymore and give it up!

Wow, how hard must it be to mount the beam with that roaring crowd? :/ tough stuff.
Second fall was silly though.

she can choose a simpler dismount, and correct her mistake at the layout. actually i love her connections. if she connects them all and didn't fall, she really can be a good gymnast
