He taught you that you should do; what the fuck the guy with the knife wants or run if your brave enough. heck, if you are dam certain you can disarm the attacker, thats if the attacker is a complete dumbass, then do it. Or stay the hell way from situations unless the situation comes to you and you can do something about it.
