Level 42 - Love Games bass cover

I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE AUDIO MATERIAL (aside from the tiny jam) USED IN THIS VIDEO

Hey! Here's a cover of Love Games by Level 42 in my jammies... Mark King really did do a good job on this song, didn't he? Well, here's me... Trying to play it... :P With a pointless jam at the beginning... Yeah, I know I'm not as good as Mark King, and yes, there are a few mistakes, but, I still tried to do a good job on this one.

I'm using a G&L L-2000 Tribute carved top through a Marshall MB30, connected directly to the PC and recorded through Audacity (and with a Logitec Webcam, yay!).

I learned this song by ear, so I don't have any TABs :(

Hey! He aquí un cover de Love Games de Level 42 en mi pijama... Mark King sí hizo un buen trabajo en esta canción, no? Bueno, pues aquí estoy yo, tratando de tocarlo... :P Con una improvisación sin sentido al principio... Sí, ya sé, no soy tan bueno como Mark King, y también, hay unos errores, pero traté de hacerlo bien.

how do you use audacity for recording the sound ? do audacity record bass signal and music ?

@27chomp My amp (Marshall MB30) has a CD In & a Line Out, I connect my iPod or my PC (with a 3.5mm cable) into the CD In, and the Line Out to the mic jack of my PC. Everything that you can hear through the speakers of the amp (or headphones) is sent out through the Line Out and is recorded through Audacity. It's just one signal, with the music and recorded bass together.

@27chomp I put them together with Windows Live Movie Maker, I kind of try my best to keep them in sync although it does get a little off, sometimes...

@s011330 I think it was both pickups in passive, with the lows on the bass slightly reduced. I forgot the eq'ing on the amp.
