Meet Brian Bennett. Brian teaches Freshman Biology and Chemistry. In his teaching career, Brian quickly saw students disengage from learning when he was at the front of the room lecturing.
So he flipped his teaching and gave students the choice on what to learn, how to learn, where to learn & when to learn. This approach has allowed his students to take more ownership of their learning, become more resourceful learners and has given them more individuality.
