  • Sibelius's very well known 'Valse Triste' was a part of some incidental music he wrote for his brother-in-law Arvid's play Kuolema (Death). In the play, a man is sitting at the bedside of his dying mother. He falls asleep and his mother imagines that her late husband appears. They dance a lovely waltz together, and when the son awakens , he finds that his mother has died.

  • très belle valse, le titre y va bien, beaucoup d'hamertume.

    une orchestre magnifique.

JEAN Sibelius était un grand compositeur.

  • I can't belive this that my grandfather's grandfather made this song!
