With a collection that could only be described as utilitarian streetwear, Alexander Wang used mesh and references to BMW bikes, NASCAR, and motorcross to up his already stellar tough, urban streetgirl look. It was incredible how this designer worked us through the collection, with different looks coming out in groups. First, there were the long mesh biker jackets which gave way to blue, white, and gray florals (modeled by Ruby Aldridge and others), racecar knitwear, and leather mini frocks. There were hoodies, studs and grommets, and jungle-inspired looks. It wasn't gowns Wang was going for, but ready-to-wear looks that every city girl could wear. We're hoping those city girls buy everything in the collection! And of course, Alexander Wang's girl, Aymeline Valade closed the show.

Why the wet hair this year? In what world does that look appealing? Especially after the infamous side braid he had last year (beautiful). His clothes would've looked so much better if the girls had their hair sleek straight, or pulled back in a sleek ponytail or even full and flowing with soft curls.
