This Skyrim glitch is very easy to do. All you need to do is hold down sprint while sneaking and then sheath/unsheath your weapon to do a sprint roll.

Jump, sprint button while sneaking also executes a roll. :)

Also if you keep spamming the button you have your weps on while in sneak, you acctually walk faster :D
