Call it whatever, that's not the point. I acknowlegde and am greateful for the systems of the past that brought us to where we are today. But today, with the marvels technology brings us, it is time to take it to the next level. Today we can accomplish things unforseen 50 years ago. Why are we still competing with each other instead of cooperating and spreading everything to everyone freely?

Saab actually builds aircraft (example ... the famous Saab JA-37 Viggen).
As for their car-department: They say they have been inspired ... but what can you find on a Saab that actually resembles anything from an aircraft?
