@xuarxu In reality the name is said "Rah-ch-eh-ah" but romanians blend in the "eh"s and "ah"s if they are very close together so the "eh"s become almost silent. Like Comaneci, people believe the last "i" is silent as in "Com-ah-nech", but at the very end there is a very subtle "i". A Romanian would always hear these vowels although they may be subtle or rushed due to fast speaking.

Really?i dont hear an "e" at all in the way they say her name(Ra ch a).I guess they made a mistake too...

Actually her last name is pronounced R-a-t-s-a.i heard it from the romanian commentators
