Josh, you always make the most informative videos, louder audio would be better so I could do errands while listening to your mini-seminars! By the way, I have a question, what is your take on gout? could you possibly do a video on it for all of the clueless suffers like myself? not even doctors really know what they're doing when it comes to gout.

Thanks! Usually from too much fruit or meats that are high in purines (conventional meats). But more to do with GI, liver and thyroid connection in the bodies ability to break them down, convert them, absorb them, etc. Typically with a dysfunction, urea builds up from the bodies inability to break those foods down.

what books if any would you recommend me to read about this disease that i have? im tired of suffering and im not really on the computer much, being it pains me to sit in the chair when im suffering. i am wanting to get into anti estrogen cookbooks and diet for endometriosis i know there is no cure for it, but if i can just get able to maybe have a better life without all that pain and possibly making it possible to have children. im looking for good reading material im bed ridden alot:/

@joshrubineastwest When you mention conventional meats, do you mean commercialized meats? would pastured meats be better for gout? What could I do for my body to process the purines better? Aside from prescribing medication, there is no medically accepted way to alternatively deal with gout, which I refuse to believe is the only way to deal with it.
