  • ever do any meat gazing?

  • people.

  • My dad is from Colombia and he used the shrink and stretch method with me if that makes any sense but ya i live in texas and i dont think where i want to be is here. I dont know if i should be a nutritionist or an engineer. all i know is i need to save up to eventually get to the farm of life. Wondering if i could take a volunteering position. I am a vegetarian and i can walk in a room and get people to start eating healthier and being healthier if that makes any sense. All im about is helping

  • This is all truly amazing!

  • I couldn't listen with the throat coughs!!

  • tree circles... you drew Urantia logo on the ground

  • @milinm I agree, i take things "slowly" now, 19 minutes today and counting. Thanks for the reply and the opinion! :D

    Bliss and Bless!

  • @G36n This is a hard question to answer.... myself and my father have researched the hell out of sungazing, he is up to 25 minutes and I am up to 12 minutes..... some say that Hira Ratan Manek's method is just one of many, but apparently it's the "easiest and most straightforward" way of doing it. Personally, I would stick with it. However, if you would like to experiment, you could... and you could let us know :) But, personally, I think you MAY be overloading your eyes too soon with that...

  • Great intro to sungazing and hope people start. If you live in the city, it's harder to find good areas that are not blocked by buildings and tall trees and such. So it becomes a personal journey to find a spot that both will allow you to see the sun in the 1st or last hour of sun, and in which you can stand barefoot in earth/sand at the same time. Sometimes you have to compromise the earth/sand bit and just stare. Something better than nothing!
