This is a short clip on the Minister of fisheries (Kenya) visit to Mwea Aquafish Farm in Kenya in order to assess the success of the Economic Stimulus Programme initiated by the government so as to jump start the Kenyan economy in rural areas the main concern being aquaculture/fish farming.
Mwea Aquafish Farm (MAF) is a center of excellence in Tilapia and Catfish breeding. It was started in 2009 and is located 1.5 kilometers from Kimbimbi town on the Nairobi/Embu highway 110 kilometers North East of Nairobi.
