At first I thought that DIR EN GREY sucked, too. But nowadays they're one of my favorite bands, I think it's just hard to get into their music. It's very experimental sometimes, etc. It has to grow on you. For me, it was the same thing with MUCC too, but it's probably a bit easier to get into MUCC's music. But that's just what I think :)
