I like how everybody says its vista. NO SHIT DUDE! 7 was based off of vista, if you don't remember, so there is no reason the 7 PREBUILD wouldn't look like vista. What you see now in windows 7 is the end result of testing and dropping ideas, like this one.

@MattieKirby1 dude, vista came before 7, so why wouldn't the alpha build of windows 7 look like vista? Xp looked liked the sindows os's before it.

Yes, it's because this is a prototype built in Flash. This is how Microsoft, "plays around" with visuals before developers spend the time trying to get this stuff to actually work in a real build. The clock skips because it takes time to create and compile visuals like this. When they exported the demos to one video, there are sections they used from various times throughout. Watch my other two videos to see what I'm talking about when I talk about internal mock-ups/prototypes. Same thing.
