I think the major issue being missed by the many off the cuff judgemental reactions to whatever u think the NOI is about is that a very real possibility is that the aim of the operation may have been to gain access to information held within the offices. I know of how much good the NOI do so would be confident they wouldnt find anything detrimental, but still, knowledge is power and by any means, especially if veiled in law and order, those clinging to power may want what was there besides
