You are funny!!! Initial rotations looked amazing for the hips and spine. Random note, do you know any good conditioning methods for elbows? One of mine has been suffering, I think the connection in my forearms/chest/shoulder are holding my elbow tight and swollen.

i would see a good massage therapist first for initial insight on matter or see specialist sports injuries dr.
joint or something is frozen up perhaps...don't wait til condition is chronic otherwise you will have way more therapy needed to get better...good luck
