I am trying to change the Transmission on a Toro 22" recycler lawnmower single speed bevel gear transmission. I have down laoded the service manual but it just says "to remove wheel pinions, remove the klip ring and thrust washer. The pinion will now slide off the axle. It does not have any pictures etc. as to how to do this though.
