  • The guy that said someone died when he reached into a refrigerator MUST NOT HAVE told the complete story. If the refrigerator was on a properly gounded outlet and the refrigerators grounding system was functional, the man could not have been killed. Yes a GFCI would have saved his life but a properly gounded outlet and a functional ground system in the refrigerator would have saved his life as well.
