Sorry, 1 year ago I am sure the recipe was not stated there but now has but sugar and water are not given. If too little water it will be hard as she said. Yes, she always said 1 : 1 part of 2 types of flour. Any way, I will try , do you tried, how the 玉米发糕 turned out, good ?? Can you give us the recipe in detail. Thank you !!

The 玉米发糕 looks very delicious but she did not give out her recipe ! Not enough dry yeast and Baking powder it will not rise ! so no point to teach in TV ! In Malaysia, we don't have this type of 玉米发糕, too bad we can't make this. Too bad, very angry !
