  • what i eat and how much i eat varies from day to day and week to week..my job needs to give me more food though..i work in a kitchen..they throw away WAYYYY too much food and this bothers me so much and makes me so sad..I'd like to eat around 4000 or so calories per day regularly but alotta times,i'llonly get around 2800-3000 per day...definately not enough.

  • i wore jeans in this vid because they were comfy and i didnt feel like changing into shorts or sweats.they are very loose jeans.sometimes i just feel like going at it without bothering to change into shorts or sweats.this is quite a rarity for me though,especially these days.thanks for commenting.check out my other vids. : )

  • Lol you only do one workout the entire time and the incline is clearly set to high. Horrid example of what you can do with the total gym.

  • no offense buddy...but i highly doubt thats an actual workout on the tgym...try turning around...let your legs hang of the back and sit with them hanging...then try the curls...much better results and less chance of injury...just a thought
