  • NIce sounding pipe...but I find I like my sport bikes with some sound but my touring bikes quieter. That rip-roaring pipe sounds cool for 30-50 miles but on a 300 mile trip?...OMG!... where'd I put my earplugs! LOL! Cool bike...enjoy! : )

  • @SR71BBFLYER Since I wear earplugs every time I ride anyway it doesn't bother me. Actually, it really isn't that loud at all when cruising down the interstate or droning along some back road 2-lane; the bags and location of the pipe keep it pretty quiet.....until you juice the gas....then it sounds all kinds of nice.

  • Nice vid. Did you encounter any issues with scraping the mid-pipe on hard right hand lean angles? Been considering getting the same setup for my '04 but want to see if that's an issue still.

  • So far I've yet to scrape the mid-pipe. However.......Since putting on the Hyperpro rear shock I don't scrape the peg feelers as much either. On a bike with a stock rear shock you might have more of an issue.
