an avg hs student knows 40,000 words? now that is bs. a college professor doesnt know so many words. unless you include all the tenses and bases of that word, then no. one word as in one root of that word and each different word will equal 10,000 per person. 40,000? come on. this guy is smart but that is where he is wrong.
